Location: Madison, Connecticut. Mercy by the Sea Retreat and Conference Center, Madison CT seeks a full-time Director of Spirituality and Retreats. The Director of Spirituality and Retreats works as a member of the Program team. The individual must be able to plan, organize and facilitate group/directed retreats, individual days of prayer, plan and facilitate liturgical celebrations and work with individuals as a certified spiritual director. This is a full-time, onsite, exempt position, averaging 40 hours per week, and involving frequent weekend and evening hours.
