Executive Director, Mercy Ministry Corporation

The Executive Director implements the mission, purpose, and strategic vision of MMC. This role serves the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas Leadership Team (ILT), their delegates, the MMC Board of Directors, and all MMC-sponsored and member ministries. The Executive Director provides unified executive oversight, risk management, and strategic coordination for the services of MMC, the corporate sponsorship functions, and the day-to-day operations of the MMC office and staff. The primary objective is to support, strengthen, and champion these ministries, ensuring their ongoing mission viability, canonical alignment, and long-term sustainability.

Justice Communications Coordinator, Sisters of Mercy of the Americas

Location: Silver Spring, Maryland. The Communications Coordinator supports the Justice Team by developing and executing strategic communications that strengthen engagement, amplify advocacy efforts, and foster relationships among sisters, associates and companions, other Institute departments, and ministries. This role blends content creation, messaging strategy, and data-informed outreach to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful communication with internal and external audiences.

Location: Philadelphia. Cranaleith seeks a mission-driven, creative, and strategic thinker to develop and manage a broad range of development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate knows the principles and practices of nonprofit development, has excellent relationship-building skills, and excels in working on multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing multiple agendas. They know best practices and trends in data-driven marketing, brand management, and public relations. This person will clearly articulate Cranaleith’s mission, interests, and needs, and build a strong social and business presence to best represent Cranaleith to donors and effectively build positive working relationships within and outside the Cranaleith community. Manager of Investment Operations, Mercy Investment Services

Location: St. Louis, Missouri Mercy Investment Services is seeking a Manager of Investment Operations. The Manager of Investment Operations assists in directing the day‐to‐day investment management of Mercy Investment Services’ socially responsible investment program, including, but not limited to, implementation of portfolio structuring and investment manager and vendor selection decisions; coordination of program cash flows, including monthly transactions, investment rebalancing, and investment manager transitions; preparation of quarterly fund financial statements; and leading the annual audit and tax reporting processes of Mercy Investment Services with respect to the investment function.

Executive Assistant, Sisters of Mercy of the Americas

Location: Cumberland, Rhode Island. The Executive Assistant to the Institute Chief Operating Officer provides high-level administrative and professional support that helps the COO remain organized, informed, and focused on organizational priorities. This role manages a complex calendar and workflow, coordinates executive meetings, events, and travel, prepares presentations, correspondence, reports, and other materials, and supports special projects and organizational initiatives.
