Mission Director – Mercy Investment Services

Mercy Investment Services is seeking a part-time Mission Director to inspire, guide and support the organization’s board, committees and staff to understand, embody and integrate the charism, mission, vision, values, culture and heritage of the Sisters of Mercy, and our Catholic identity. The position will also support the mission integrity of Mercy Investment Services’ activities related to the life and mission of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas and their ministries.

Program Director – Mercy Center Burlingame

The Program Director (PD) is responsible for all programmatic oversight and functions of Mercy Center Burlingame (MCB). The services will be provided with a spirit of hospitality and compassion that embodies the charism of the Sisters of Mercy and the Mercy Ministry Corporation and following all Mercy Ministry Corporation policies and procedures.

Program Director – Mount Saint Mary House of Prayer

The Program Director is responsible for all programmatic functions of Mount Saint Mary House of Prayer (MSMHP). This includes creating, planning and implementing sponsored, hosted, virtual and hybrid events as well as participating in all fundraising activities. The services will be provided with a spirit of hospitality and compassion that embodies the charism of the Sisters of Mercy and in accordance with all Sisters of Mercy policies and procedures. Location: Watchung, New Jersey.

President, St. Catharine Academy

Location: Bronx, New York. Under the direction of the Board of Trustees, the President serves as the strategic leader and chief ambassador of St. Catharine Academy with responsibilities focused on planning, institutional advancement, external relations, financial management, organizational structure, and academic oversight.

Director of Spirituality and Retreats, Mercy by the Sea

Location: Madison, Connecticut. Mercy by the Sea Retreat and Conference Center, Madison CT seeks a full-time Director of Spirituality and Retreats. The Director of Spirituality and Retreats works as a member of the Program team. The individual must be able to plan, organize and facilitate group/directed retreats, individual days of prayer, plan and facilitate liturgical celebrations and work with individuals as a certified spiritual director. This is a full-time, onsite, exempt position, averaging 40 hours per week, and involving frequent weekend and evening hours.

Director of Enrollment Management, Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School

Location: Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. The Associate Director of Enrollment Management (AD) reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Management. The AD works with the Director to create and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents. The AD manages extensive data and surveys and supports the Director in planning and implementing events, programs, and policies. The AD maximizes the efficiency and services of the Enrollment Office and has a strong commitment to customer service.

Executive Director, Well of Mercy

Well of Mercy, a retreat ministry in Hamptonville, NC sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy, seeks an Executive Director to assume leadership in January 2025. Director of Programs, Cranaleith Spiritual Center

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Director of Programs is responsible for developing and realizing programs and events aligned with the mission of Cranaleith that: intentionally attend to spirituality needs and support Mercy’s critical concerns (racism, immigration, women, earth, nonviolence). In addition to fulfilling the principal duties and responsibilities listed below, the successful candidate will project a high degree of identification with and passion for the mission of Mercy.

Project & Technology Manager, Mercy Care for the Adirondacks

Location: Lake Placid, New York. The Project & Technology Manager is a newly created, key position to serve the broad needs of Mercy Care’s programs and operations. They will help improve efficiencies and modernize Mercy Care’s technology systems to increase Older Adults’ access to healthcare, empower elders to use telehealth and other technological advances, and enhance social care to Elders Mercy Care assists. The incumbent will collaborate with other team members to develop evaluation instruments to understand the impact of Mercy Care’s Technology Assistance Programs to help elders age in place more successfully, ease their isolation and loneliness, and address their other social determinants of health. The Project & Technology Manager will be a compassionate, computer-savvy, detail-oriented individual who can prioritize and manage their time effectively and function as a trusted, supportive, and respectful member of the whole Mercy Care Team. In addition, the incumbent will be resourceful, an imaginative thinker, and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and technology skills while simultaneously managing myriad details.
