In 2022, this regular collaboration between the Conference for Mercy Higher Education (CMHE) and the Mercy Justice Team focused on advocacy for Earth. Participants engaged in the Encounter for our Common Home effort coordinated by the Catholic Climate Covenant. Learn more about their experiences and explore resources to support your own advocacy.
Students, faculty and staff from seven Mercy colleges and universities gathered to learn about environmental advocacy. The program culminated with meetings at the offices of Senators and Representatives (some on Capitol Hill and others via Zoom).
